About the role
Profit Pumper is the revenue operating system powering bundles, volume breaks and free gifts for thousands of Shopify brands. A huge part of our growth comes from the agencies, platforms and people who recommend and build on Profit Pumper.
We're looking for a Growth Partner to own partnerships from start to finish: finding the right partners, signing them, and growing those relationships into a real, measurable channel. If you love building relationships that turn into growth, this role is for you.
What you'll do
Build the partnership pipeline
- Find and reach out to potential partners: Shopify agencies, technology and app partners, affiliates, communities, and creators.
- Qualify and prioritize partners by their potential to drive installs and revenue.
Develop and close partnerships
- Pitch Profit Pumper, negotiate terms, and bring new partners on board.
- Design partnership offers, referral programs, and revenue-share structures that work for both sides.
Grow and manage relationships
- Own ongoing partner relationships and keep them active and productive.
- Run joint campaigns, co-marketing, webinars, and content with partners.
Strengthen the ecosystem
- Work with the product team on integrations and listings that make partnerships stronger.
- Represent Profit Pumper across the Shopify ecosystem and at relevant events.
Track and report
- Track partnership KPIs: partners signed, installs, and revenue influenced.
- Use the data to double down on what works and report to the team.
Qualifications
Experience
- 4+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or the Shopify ecosystem.
- A track record of sourcing and closing partnerships that drove measurable growth.
Skills
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable owning targets and a pipeline; organized and self-directed.
- Familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem and SaaS go-to-market is a big plus.
- Comfortable using data and tools (CRM, analytics) to track partnership performance.
