Round 1: Video submission

No resume black holes. We hire on proof of work. For the Growth Hacker role, send us one short video. Here's exactly what it should contain.

    Record an 8 to 10 minute video of yourself

    On camera, walking us through your story. Keep it real and conversational. We're looking for substance, not production value.

    In the video, cover all of this

    • Introduce yourself: who you are and what you do.
    • Walk through your portfolio: share your screen and show the actual work.
    • Show where you've worked before: the companies, products, and your role on each.
    • Talk in real, verifiable numbers: no inflated figures, no vague percentages. Exact before-and-after metrics only.
    What real numbers sound like "At XYZ, MRR was $10k when I joined. Over two years, I grew it to $70k." That kind of specific, accurate number you can back up beats "drove massive growth" every time.

    We also need clear answers to these three questions. Walk through each one in the video, and feel free to add anything else you would like us to know:

    1. Before and after: where the business or key metric stood when you started, and where you took it.
    2. The biggest problem you solved: one hard growth problem and exactly how you cracked it.
    3. Growth from scratch: with no systems in place and a low ticket size, how would you drive growth?

    Record it and get a shareable link

    Record locally on your laptop, then upload it so we can watch it. Make sure the link is set so anyone with the link can view it.
