1. Your before → after track record For each role that matters, give the hard numbers: company / role, the metric, where it was when you joined, where you took it, and over how long. Exact, verifiable numbers only. We may check these.

First row required. Add up to two more.

2. Describe ONE growth case study you personally ran end-to-end Pick one result from above and walk us through it start to finish: the problem, what you did, and the outcome. What was the single lever that moved the number most, and what did you personally own vs. the team or the market?
3. A growth play that failed One experiment or decision that didn't work out the way you expected. What happened, and what did you do after it failed?
4. How you'd model Pumper's growth Lay out the growth equation for a Shopify app like Pumper (the few inputs that actually drive paid revenue). Which one or two would you focus on first, and why?
5. Your first 60 days In priority order, what would you actually do in your first 60 days, and what would you expect to see by then if it's working? Be concrete, not "run experiments."
6. One concrete fix After researching Pumper today (the site, the Shopify app listing, reviews, onboarding, or pricing), name one specific thing you'd change first, and why.
7. The first experiment you'd run at Pumper Design one A/B test or growth experiment for us: your hypothesis, the single metric you'd watch, and what result would make you double down vs. kill it.
8. Your tools Which tools do you have hands-on experience with that automate your work and increase your speed?
9. Output over effort This role requires fast execution, strict deadlines, and minimal hand-holding. Are you comfortable being judged on output over effort? Yes or no, and why.
10. Why growth for a small product like Pumper, instead of a big brand?
